    An FAQ section can be used to quickly find answers about our business , E.G How to Contact us, Business opening Hours, Shipping and Delivery options, Tracking orders, Deliveries arriving damaged.

    If for any Reason your Delivery arrives Damaged , Please WhatsApp photos of your parcel in the condition it arrived in.

    If you require tracking information for your parcel, please e-mail Frank.millies24@gmail.com and we will send it to you . We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 Business hours .
  • Wholesale Enquires
    If you require any of our products in larger quantities . We are happy to supply this. Please contact us on Frank.millies24@gmail.com stating which items you are interested in and we will supply you with our wholesale prices.
  • How long will it take to get my order
    We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, and post tracked 48hr which should be with you in 2-3 business days. Please make sure your Full address , e-mail address etc are correct and up to date
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We send Tracked 48 , Unless you require your order sooner or by a alternative courier, Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm this is possible. This will incur an additional charge.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
